Fruit processing plant SAMBOR LLC is located in the natural orchard basin in Sandomierz valley, where favourable climate conditions, loess, fertile soil and lack od the industry ensure an abundance. These areas boast of the highest quality excellent cultivation. An extensive apple orchards take over 70% of all cultivations located here. Our company has set to processing this gift of nature since 1997.
For 20 years we had learnt how to take advantage of this gift, without loosing it’s most precious properties to pass it on further in concentrated form.

Contemporary production was enriched with colorful concentrates in extra class which are processing by colorful fruit pressing method e.g strawberry, raspberry, black and red currant, cherry, chokeberry, elderberry.

Our company, richer with new experiences is still developing and improving.
An extension of our enterprise, which annual production capacity at the beggining of our activity was 100 tones of apples, allow us now to produce:

• 10 000 tones of apple juice concentrate
• 2 000 tones of colorful fruit concentrate
• 30 000 tones of NFC

In our plant 600 tones of apples and 250 tones of colorful fruit are transforming. The enterprise own two independent production lines, which allow us to produce two prosucts at the same time. The production line is equipped in four BUCHER presses, two evaporators (WIEGAND, BP engeenering) and two ultrafiltrations.

Our products comply with the AIJN Practice and directives of European. We owe it to application of modern production equipment and to the investment in new quality systems. The object of activity of our company was determined as a purchasing-collection center, processing, fruits, vegetables and it’s preserves trade in Poland and abroad. Our longtime experience in fruit concentates and aromas producing resulted in modern enterprse rising, which fulfilled all food low requirements, safety standars and food quality, confirmed with BRC, SGF, KOSHER,IFS Food and eco.

Since beggining, our company had assumed development strategy by investments. Annualy part of gain is dedicated for investment, in permanent modernisation of enterprise, improving quality of our products and improvin our own competitiveness in terms of domestic and foregin producers.
